What it covers
- The cost of the charger unit and installation
Who can apply:
- Homeowners or residents installing a charger at their home
- Vehicle must be parked off-street at the property
- Property must not have previously received this grant
Requirements or Conditions
- Must be installed by a Safe Electric registered electrical contractor
- Only SEAI approved smart chargers are eligible
- Grant approval must be received before works begin
- Installation and claim must be completed within 6 months of the grant offer
