What it covers
- Multiple energy upgrades carried out as part of a single deep retrofit project
- Insulation, heat pump, solar, windows, doors and more
Who can apply:
- Homeowners
- Home must have a current BER of B3 or lower
- Must achieve a minimum B2 rating and a 100kWh/m² per year improvement on completion
Requirements or Conditions
- Works must be managed by an SEAI registered One Stop Shop provider
- Grant values are deducted from the cost of works upfront so you only pay the balance
- A pre and post works BER assessment is required
